- All patches are custom-made, so returns are generally not accepted
- Slight variations in color, size, or stitching are normal due to production processes
- These minor differences are not considered defects
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The product is significantly different from the approved design
- You received a damaged or defective item
- There is a clear production error on our side
In such cases, we may offer:
- Free remake of your patches
- Partial or full refund (depending on issue)
4. Approval Responsibility
- A digital proof is provided before production
- Once approved, the design is considered final
- We are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer
5. Shipping & Delays
- Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors are not eligible for refunds
- However, we may assist in resolving shipping issues
6. Refund Process
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue
- Provide clear photos and order details

7. Non-Refundable Cases
